The ordering process couldn’t have been easier. I just looked up the part by name, their description was spot on, the image showed the exact item I was looking for, and checkout was a breeze. The item arrived via standard tracking USPS ($10) and arrived undamaged and early!
It took a little bit longer than anticipated but got everything/good product and the right product
I needed a part to ensure that my ADT camera would work. I purchased the part from Zions but then found I actually had it from the original install kit. I installed both parts individually to confirm that worked as intended and they did. Zions made finding the power kit part on their website easy, delivery was quick, and the kit was compatible as promised. I know I will now have a backup part available, peace of mind as ADT no longer sells the original part.
My dad recently had his system changed installed by these guys. Jose did an amazing job and we will be going through Zion in the future!
