Kwante was amazing! Super reliable and honest! I didn’t know a mobile mechanic even existed until now. Kwante gave me a courtesy call to debrief my vehicle issues prior to arriving and notified me of possible causes. After his diagnostic, he noticed an additional issue that took a bit longer than the initial problem. Although he had another appointment , he was courteous enough to go to the auto parts store and come back to fix the issue after working with his other customer. Paid $500 to have ignition coils replaced and was told to put it as a tune up in the payment section of Zelle. Having the same issue again, called at least twice and text and no response. Smh.

This description of this man is 5’4 black African American man with gold teeth. Kwante took about 2 hours. kwante scratched my engine up alongside the crankshaft and Pulleys and he was only supposed to being on a designated side of the vehicle however he put his tools all over the engine (some people don’t care about this). He cracked my rotator and he broke my tension belt remover/ installer 🤷♀️. He should have just told me he had never provided this service prior, but instead kwante decided to tell me during service that... read more
