Worst bank ever! Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to cash a payroll check that is drawn off Zions. The lobby is closed, and I sat in the drive up for 45 minutes. Finally get to the window to sit here for another 20 minutes! And they still charged the $5 check cashing fee!! Will never again come to this bank! They clearly need to get it together!

I don't bank at zions, but I had to cash a check. It was wrote on a zions personal check account. Well, 20 minutes later, the employee that was helping me told me he couldn't cash checks?! He had the check approved 4 times. Worst service, they didn't know what their job is! I would never bank at zions. They charge me $5.00 to finally cash it!
