ZION Vivint This company purchased the debt from another debt collector who purchased it from Vivint in 2019.... The company held onto the debt with out any notification until JULY 2023 and then tells me I owe them interest..... This is a scam. They should have provided immediate notification of buying the debt and pursuing charges. The worst customer service reps ever. This is the kind of place that gives banks a bad name. They don't even do business under their own name. The local ppl they hire are nice good ppl, but the call center and management should be ashamed of themselves. Just absolutely despicable ppl. And I don't owe them any $ or anything like that, I just have time after time had the worst experience anyone could articulate.
