$8 fee to cash a check from their own bank is criminal.. no I don’t want an account with you.. I didn’t realize Zions was so hard up for cash these days

Absolutely ridiculous. I went here and tried to deposit a business check for my vending machine business and they said I have to get my ein number. And I work for myself. You can just use your ssn I looked up if its just a sole properiorship. To open a business account. I texted this guy named beaux like twice and called him 3 times and didnt answer and he point blank wrote down his cell on his business card to send it. Must think im a weirdo or a scammer it seems. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Troy Holden, the branch manager. His professionalism and customer service were far below expectations. I felt dismissed and unheard, and my concerns were not addressed appropriately. Communication was poor, and the overall experience left me frustrated and disrespected. I do not recommend working with or visiting this branch under his management.
