Absolutely ridiculous. I went here and tried to deposit a business check for my vending machine business and they said I have to get my ein number. And I work for myself. You can just use your ssn I looked up if its just a sole properiorship. To open a business account. I texted this guy named beaux like twice and called him 3 times and didnt answer and he point blank wrote down his cell on his business card to send it. Must think im a weirdo or a scammer it seems. I needed to convert $ to €, and this office made the process very easy. I called in advance and talked to a service rep, who was very helpful and informative. She checked which Zion's offices had Euros immediately available and enough to cover my needs. After getting to the counter, the teller was helpful and clear in the process and charges. I have always felt that Zions Bank was a big rip off. It turns out they’re a small one as well. I came in to close an account. They didn’t close it and then they sent a $2.83 paper statement fee and threatened to ding my credit rating. I went in to have them fix it. They refused to write off the fee because I didn’t come in a month earlier. They’ve set up a bureaucracy. That is so difficult. They can’t provide good customer service. It just stupid. Terrible customer service.
