I’ve been coming to this location for years and I have always had great customer service from honest, friendly tellers.
Terrible customer service. Their narrative brags about 150 years of service behind every transaction…seems their service is still based on the standards of 150 years ago. With so many financial institutions to choose from, Zions Bank needs to step up their customer service by offering extended hours and hiring knowledgeable and competent staff who can respond to phone calls and answer questions. Currently, Zions Bank is barely mediocre at best.
