Alvin Holt gave us fantastic customer service. We needed to make several changes to our DUP account and he did not disappoint! He was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and answered all of our questions. We were 110% satisfied with the service he gave to us!
It’s been 20 years since I opened a bank account, and although I’ve made hundreds of deposits over that time, this is the first place that has ever asked to see my ID just to make a deposit. The staff member was rude—truly, incredibly rude. I felt like I was at the DMV. I’m definitely going to switch to a different bank.
Jackie at Zions Bank has been fantastic to work with while getting our business banking set up on Treasury Gateway. She has been extremely helpful, answering all of my questions and providing a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of each function so we felt confident using the system. $8 to cash a check is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! No wonder these guys literally have 2 stars haha holy shit. Bank anywhere but here. Literally Walmart would probably be a better banking option. Unbelievable
