Great people. I’ve been coming here for 10 years. Out of 1000 trips, Only had one subpar experience with a newbie . Zions is great, this location is awesome. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Sometimes people bring in weird energy to a place. Clients are responsible for how they show up too
I've only been in Orem about 15 months now and never had a reason to go to my local branch. However, when trying to sort out some fraud issues my online banking account was blocked. I had to go to the bank to get it resolved. The person I spoke to was a floater, meaning he moved between branches, and he assured me that he would investigate and contact me when he had information. Went in to cash a United States Savings Bond and was told that there was no personnel that could handle that. They asked me if I had another bank I could go to, to cash it. I have never had a bank tell me to go to another bank before because the bank personnel didn’t know how to cash a bond. I will be finding another banking company to do business with.
Not sure all the hate comes from on all these reviews. I’ve used Zions for over 30 years now and have several dozen accounts. Love them… Their customer service, and private banking in particular is the next best thing to sliced bread.
