They insist they need to hold my Charles Schwab check i recieve monthly from my grandmother's estate for ten business days. I had to travel to two different locations and argue with staff before one of them was rational and allowed it to clear the following business day. I am an account holder. This month if it happens again I will not be am account holder any longer.
Aside from the Roy branch I love this Ogden branch, the ladies there are really nice and helpful especially Tiffany the manager! I never have had a bad experience at any branches, but I just love going to these two branches.

Manager was so rude to me couldn't give me access to my account even with my social security number! Don't ask for sensitive information if you can't help me. So now I have to go in and take time out of my busy schedule to see how much is on the account. I'm gonna just close the account and go with someone else. Oh and don't hang up on people totally unprofessional. Do better
