Beware of doing any business whatsoever with this bank and especially with the lender Jenna Snyder This bank is highly unethical, does not disclose everything's to you. Etc....when buying a home, they wait till last minute, procrastinate, and flat out lie. I assisted my mother in law with buying a home this year....helping her with the paperwork and all the correspondence that happens over email/tech and what not since she's not very tech savvy. I've been a member of Zions since I was a young college student trying to get on track for retirement. I have always had exceptional customer service with the Thain branch, especially since I have since moved out of state and needed to continue banking virtually.
First off the people that work at the bank are nice, nothing against them! Now the reason for a bad review. I closed my account and went to another bank closer to my house after moving, After the account had closed a couple of bill pays I had missed and didn't get switched to new bank during the bank change successfully took money out of my closed Zions account at which point Zions reopened the account without my knowledge and charged me over draft fees which I had to pay before being able to close my account again!
