Zions is not the bank it used to be. Without going into detail, they made a significant error with one of my business accounts. They corrected the error, but left the charges on the account until I called a second time to complain. This is the third major problem with one of my Zions accounts in the last three years. I have a personal policy of supporting local business, but Zions' lack of competency and poor customer service means I'm taking my banking business elsewhere.
