I came by to deposit a check at Zions Bank Millcreek at 11:05 AM 7/21/24. I was greeted nicely by a female at the counter who needed to verify if my check could be deposited. After waiting About 8-10 minutes, being short of time, I walked over and stated "hi, If you aren't able to deposit it here I can take it to another branch later." I'm not sure where to leave a review for Zions Bank that applies to the corporation and not any location in particular. But they are always doing maintenance on their website and it is super annoying. It's the middle of a weekday and it's down. Perhaps they should do maintenance on the weekend or night time.
I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Jeppsen, the branch manager at Millcreek, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. We were facing a frustrating situation when we approached the Foothill branch, where we were told that accommodating us with a new business checking account would be time-consuming and challenging.
