Kurt at the Daybreak branch has been wonderful to work with as I worked through the process of executing a trust. He is friendly and efficient. He provided personalized service for my situation. The building is lovely and convenient.
Zions and particularly this branch/region manager are the worst for small business. We have had others that have moved on that were awesome but anymore they just don’t help with anything. If you are a small business trying to get going go to anyone but Zions. Their customer service is non existent they put holds on deposits when you’ve never had a deposit issue. I think it’s stupid that you can’t link venmo to a joint bank account. Can we please fix this? I’m tempted every day to leave this bank because of their little inconveniences like this. This is the future. Every other bank can do this but zions just lags behind. I’m over it.
