I’ve had many accounts at Zions Bank for decades. I never had a chance to go to the Cottonwood Heights branch, but Jaden Johannessen took care a lot of my details that I needed done. He also followed up with me by way of phone to see if there was anything else he could do to help.

I called about exchanging dollars. I was told it was $10 or I could open account and waive the fee. I came into the bank and was told I had to wait 6 months before a free feature to a free bank account. How about tell me the whole story when I call? Poor service.

Jaden and Eric are amazing! We had some problems setting up on line banking and linking Venmo accounts for our Mother. Jaden was so helpful telling us what we needed to do. O Today as we came into the Branch Jaden and Eric helped solve the problems. They were so patient and kind to our Elderly Mother. Five star ⭐️ employees for sure! Thank you

I've had excellent experience with Zions at this Cottonwood branch. I needed careful handling of sensitive but urgent banking matters for my adult disabled brother, and manager Jayden Johannsen and his team met the task. He was so knowledgeable about the details both in the banking itself and the online access I would use to navigate. Once when a mistake was made, he was quick to apologize and thoroughly correct it. The tellers have been efficient and courteous and arranged other help for me when Jayden was away.
