Shady business
Horrible customer service experience on the phone. On hold for 20 minutes only to be told " I can't help with your account access, call back tomorrow".
Sandy or Sandi - Is incredibly rude. I sold my 2015 BMW M3 across the street at the BMW dealership - it took over 30 minutes for me to CASH a check, with their name at the bottom of it. The worst part about selling my m3, is the fact the dealership does business with this bank. I closed my business accounts with NBAZ last year because Sandis attitude. Someone needs to speak with her.
