Was a life long customer.... 20+ years worst service ever from a bank.
Terrible bank. I will never be back and would advise anyone and everyone to stay away. They don’t take care of their customers like credit unions do.
Zions bank is the worst company I have ever worked with on a mortgage.. specifically I worked with a mortgage officer named Raj, and have never been so Poorly treated.. we had a large down and plenty of income , and over 800 on our credit scores.. and they completely denied our loan.. to deny someone For not being members of this bank is absolutely ridiculous.. I will never refer anyone to this bank for any reason.
This bank and their staff manager are horrible. I don't bank with them, but I purchased a vehicle from one of their clients. The banking manager had told the customer that my navy federal check was not a real check and that he should avoid taking it. After days of trying to resolve the issue, the manager and customer called my bank and confirmed that my check was indeed valid. Nonetheless, the manager said to avoid my check because my wife and I look "too young to have money in that amount." I'm not sure what that implies, b... read more
