Its an okay place until you report someone. Zion way is not the best place as of the last year, its full of drugs and concerning individuals. Tenants encourage there kids to damage property and block traffic so they have an excuse to start an altercation. Tenants use there kids to cause issues such as leaving there toys behind cars and then threatening the parent with cps for moving the toys to get out. Great apartments and management
I've been at Zions way for a few months it's very quiet and well maintained and the manager is amazing he goes above and beyond for his tenants,and I love the way he puts on little events for the holidays for his residents,he's truly amazing as long as you abide by apartment rules and regulations he's the best,and does a lot for the kids in his complex
Love the apartments a great place for a family and Jeff's always there to help he's a great manager
