If I could give a zero, I would. I paid 180 for a 12 hr two day dwi class. They sent me a book, and called me 3 hrs before the class started to verify information, and never sent me the zoom link. Now everytime I try to call, zion integrated, it attaches a virus to my phone. Im filing a charge back with my debit card and turning them into the BBB

Terrible place to work with. Went for an owi assessment and was told it would be $125. My bill after insurance for just the assessment is $250. Im being billed for things i was told i wouldn't be. Found out afterwards that basically anyone who walks through their doors needs "treatment". Can never get direct answers to questions from anybody. I really don’t know what to say. I have been with Zion for 8 years. My doctor there retired and he turned me over to a ARNP and said she will take care of you. First meeting she said she was removing me from a medication I had been on for 20 years as I was abusing it. I told her my wife through away my medicine. She did not believe me. She switched me to several different psych meds that ruined me.
