I really don’t know what to say. I have been with Zion for 8 years. My psychiatrist there retired and he turned me over to a ARNP and said she will take care of you. First meeting she said she was removing me from a medication I had been on for 20 years. She switched me to several different psych meds that ruined me. I was then put back on the previous med and rapidly tapered going through severe withdrawals and begged them to slow down the taper as the swift reductions were making me very, very ill. Honestly, scheduling was a head ache. I have been using Zion for 6 months, I have had one appointment canceled the day of and then rescheduled for 3 weeks out, one appointment where my therapist was 30 minutes late, one appointment that I scheduled but called the day of to find out they had no recollection of it and I was not on the schedule. For a working adult who can't take lunch around when they have open appointments, it has been a head ache. Super unprofessional.
