We used Zion pro 5 years ago to waterproof our basement. We had the best service! They had to return a few times to touch up places that didn’t get fully fixed the first time around. Hired them to resurface a driveway, the finished product is spotted light gray and dark gray and is pitted in several spots! I called Dylan Smith and he came out looked it and said the job was unacceptable and they would make it right. He lied! That was last summer, he has made many excuses and won’t communicate! Do NOT use.
Working with John was a fantastic experience! He seamlessly integrated the straps into the wall, making them look like they were always part of the concrete blocks. Before adding the straps, he skillfully repaired the cracks in the mortar, showing great attention to detail. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company over any competitors—it's clear they know how to deliver exceptional results!
JG’s Projects was excellent to work with, very timely and efficient. They were able to correct the issues in the basement at a reasonable price. Customer service is a value they take seriously. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!
