With just a few weeks to go before my scheduled half marathon, my sprained knee would not heal. Michael correctly diagnosed the ailment (confirmed at HSS) and patiently guided improvement. I just finished the run 14 minutes below my goal for which I have Michael to thank.
Seriously, the BEST physical therapy location around (I go to the UWS location)--I see both Ana and Caitlin, and have noticed significant progress in the past few months since I've been working with them. They are kind and enjoyable to work with, and exceptionally knowledgeable about their areas of focus--they pretty much always have a suggestion or solution to any problem, and I am consistently amazed by their level of caring and dedication.
