With just a few weeks to go before my scheduled half marathon, my sprained knee would not heal. Michael correctly diagnosed the ailment (confirmed at HSS) and patiently guided improvement. I just finished the run 14 minutes below my goal for which I have Michael to thank.
Seriously, the BEST physical therapy location around (I go to the UWS location)--I see both Ana and Caitlin, and have noticed significant progress in the past few months since I've been working with them.
