I went for about 4 sessions and then gave up. I felt like I had a personal trainer, not a physical therapist. I am 74 and have several lumbar spinal issues. The therapist did nothing to loosen me up---no facilitated stretching, no hot packs, no exercise bike. Just my cold back doing a lot of sit ups and crunches, which made me feel worse. I've had PT several times over the past 30 years. This was the worst!
