I came to this Medical Centre last year July 2024 whist severely compromised by my previous medical practice that due to the wrong medicines I ended up being severely unwell instead of mildly. This practice immediately made room for me even though they are very sought after and busy. The exemplary level of care and understanding has been immeasurable. I've seen Carolyn for 6 months, and based on my experience with her compared to other GPs I wouldn't use this doctor for long term issues as she doesn't follow through with the procedures for any follow up appointments or specialists required.

Edit: I sadly have to remove two stars from my review after my recent exchanges with Zion. Twice I have called within their opening hours to hear their automated "you have called us outside of our usual hours". I understand they may close earlier some days when they have no other appointments, but I called back a few minutes after my telehealth phone call to schedule a follow-up appointment, and couldn't reach them. I’ve been seeing Dr. Carolyn Sarathy at Zion Medical Clinic for about a year or more now, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I’ve come to her with a range of health concerns over this time, including mental health, sleep issues, pregnancy, and I also take my son to see her when he is unwell. Doctor totally missed the issue with my skin. A tattoo had flared up and the swelling literally followed the orange ink from the tattoo. Clearly an allergic reaction. The doctor just kept saying she couldnt see the swelling but I could see it on the back of my leg, it was raised and had other features that could help with diagnosis. The doctor diagnosed it as bug bites. I said 3 or 4 times but it's literally following the orange ink around my leg. She responded each time to say she couldn't see it.
