Zion Landscaping did an amazing job with our backyard. Sam (estimator) spent almost two months helping me with the design because I was so indecisive. He was very patient the whole time and never pressured me to sign a contract. He was also transparent about the timeline and start date. Simon (project manager) was helpful during the project and he was responsive to all of our questions. Paul and Hector were amazing. The backyard was completed faster than expected. They installed electrical for my TV and Spa as well. If I need any additional work I'll be sure to call Paul. One happy customer.
Working with Paul and his team was an absolute pleasure. The quality of their design and work was exactly what we wanted. He was always quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns making sure we were happy with everything along the way. His team of workers were outstanding. Paul and his crews did an amazing job completely renovating our backyard. The crews were busy every day, digging, hauling, scraping and building, and Paul was often on site to check in with his employees and foreman (who were great— professional and super productive.) My husband and I were always so excited to come home at the end of the day to see what new developments to the project had unfolded. When we first made an appointment this company was a no call no show. I saw the 4 1/2 stars, so I called to find out what happened, no answer. The next day I received a called from the owner Paul and he apologize. I decided to give them another chance. So they finally came out and they were 3 hours late. These guys are unprofessional and don't care about your time. We received an estimate and it was way over priced. The owner Paul is not friendly, very rude, and down right mean.
