If you’re looking for a great family doctor in Miami Zion Health Care has good doctors. The front desk is very accommodating. I have had a few instances where I have had to wait hours from my appointment time to see doctor Zoila.

I have never experienced such a low level customer service at a medical office until now. I need to make an urgent appointment because I’m concerned about some lab levels and this office does not pick up the phone. No curtesy front desk service to wait, anything to give me sign of life in this office. Show you care you are in the healthcare field! How do you just don’t pick up the phone. Hours calling and no luck, shame on all the front desk personnel and administrators

Everything was fine till they told me I had to call my insurance and to address an issue with the Dr? I didn’t understand why they asked me to call, and I couldn’t find the the right person, so I had it find a new clinic, tried calling no answer, and you can’t leave a message

La clínica muy buena ,los Médicos súper especiales el personal súper buenos ,cariñosos y amables yadianis muy atenta y cariñosa el personal de el laboratorio las mejores que he conocidos .,los transportes muy cumplidos y puntuales, y el resto del personal sin comentarios los mejores y q pena por no nombrarlos son muchos y los mejores que he conocidos gracias muchas gracias a todos. . votación 5 Estrellas y mucho más que Dios los proteja y cuide por siempre Amen y Amen.
