Beware.. scheduled an appointment and once they showed up the estimator only took 5 minutes and said it will be 30k to redo just the shower. Evidently they were not interested in the work for a small shower or they are scammers seeing if we were going to take the deal. This was in **************** Texas so locals beware you have other better choices. Don't waste your time with this company.

Mr. ****** set the appointment to meet with one of our specialist. Out specialist arrived on-time to the appointment, Mr. ****** was not home, his daughter was there to meet with our specialist. Mr. ****** daughter was polite and helpful, she and our specialist reviewed the bathroom together. We took moister measurements, bathroom measurements and expressed how our products would solve the issue. Worst company ever! I would never refer them to anyone. Scammers and liars, and poor quality workmanship.

Customer signed our certificate of completion upon completion of the remodeling contract. Customer withheld payment claiming our Installers damaged their staircase step. The damage was not caused by Zintex, however we went above and beyond, where Zintex had a technician repair the damaged step. The customer claimed the staircase was not repaired, therefor withheld final payment. Zintex used legal counsel to collect the balance due for the completed remodeling project. I am so pleased with my new shower! The team that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They worked straight through without stopping until the job was complete.They cleaned up as they went. There was never a big mess. They laid tarps to protect my floors. Eye was getting to the point that our tub/shower was tuff to negotiate. We had it installed fo safety, but we got a lovely addition to our home! In n out in two daze! We koodnt be more pleased...
The workmanship and people were very friendly. Their timing was right on and kept me in the loop through out the process. A two-day job took one day and then in 2 weeks we had our glass doors. The problem is that when we were with the salesman - He did his calculation and came up with a figure of $168.70 a month for what we were having done. I get my first bill and it's closer to $350.00. I ordered replacement of shower bin, sink and cabinets in our bathroom. The company promised installation within 2-3 days. The price was high but in return I expected professional and fast process . The shower bin was installed in one day with no issues. The problems began with the cabinet installation. My impression was that the installer is absolutely inexperienced with cabinets. Zintex had challenges related to the cabinet install. We resolved the outstanding cabinet issues, the customer signed our certificate of completion stating the work completed was 100% satisfactory. Zintex was not made aware of the HVAC leak within the cabinet base. We talked to the customer after this review, the customer said he was satisfied with the work completed, we asked that the customer call us if any issues arise in the future. The customer then requested a refund to satisfy his complaint.
