Worst customer service ever. I had no choice but to work with the unpleasant staff at Zinsel not once but twice, as they were they only ones that my insurance approved. Both times they took over a month to get back to me, despite my numerous messages with their secretary. They were rude, condescending and genuinely unpleasant to work with. Great customer service--Kitty in their office was really pleasant and helpful in assisting with quoting me for the job & setting up my service appointment. My fiancee is having a double breast mastectomy that brought us in from SC. Our windshield got cracked in transit and we needed it replaced in a timely manner. My insurance company (Progressive) made the arrangements for Zinsel to replace the windshield same day. What a great experience it was! Great communication, great service over all! Service rep that installed my windshield went out of his way to do a super clean respectful job! Couldn't be happier!
