Dr. Zins is great. He understood I wanted a natural look and has never pushed any cosmetic products or procedure. It’s always a pleasure seeing Dr. Zins. He is professional, personable and super friendly. I am beyond pleased with the results I have achieved.
Very caring and personable. Took time to review my skin history. Dr. Zins personally followed up with biopsy results the as soon as they were available.
I wish I would have read these reviews prior to coming to him! I got scammed! He charged me $840 for Botox that did absolutely nothing! The only thing it did was raise one eyebrow higher than the other. So now I constantly look weird. I get Botox all the time and never had this issue. I’ve been coming to Cleveland clinic because I trust it! Now I will be reaching out to corporate as they refuse to refund me! What a shame! Dr. Zins is the absolute best and he is the only surgeon I would trust with any cosmetic procedure. I am posting this because it has now been almost exactly 4 years since he operated on me and every single day I am thankful I went to him with my concerns because he did the best job ever.
