It's very disappointing to see how unprofessional the staff is and how they treat certain customers. Not everyone receives the same quality service and respect. They really need to do better and treat everyone with respect and kindness. DO BETTER.
I wish I could put zero stars. My friend walked in, asked for a simple brown paper wrapping of her bouquet that she wanted to gift her high school graduate, and the lady didn’t hesitate to rudely decline for no apparent reason. No thank you, ms. lady. :(
Not sure they liked them, but I sure did. Thank you, will be back.
