I’m visiting Chicago and decided to make my friends each an arrangement based on the energy of the flowers I felt when I think of them. I was in Pilsen trying to find a shop with a BYO flower bar, which led me to Zin’s. Let me tell you, I was surprised by the how reasonably priced they are! Artisan flowers are expensive! Terrible experience :( I decided to stop by this flower shop to grab some flowers, and the customer service was terrible. No one greeted me or was friendly, and I’m pretty sure they upcharged me for a couple of plants. I also asked for plant food for my flowers and a woman, who I’m pretty sure was the manager, told me “we don’t do that here”. I purchased a custom bouquet, by the way. I will not be returning. What a shame.

I came in here for the first time to make a custom bouquet for my mom. The woman who helped me was amazing, and it was such a smooth and fast process to build a beautiful bouquet. She is talented! They are able to work with your budget for building the bouquet as well. I will definitely be coming again. The one pictured below was $35 (pre tax)
