It's a shame the place was nice but now the staff just seem unmotivated and honestly just not into their jobs! No paper towels in the Restroom on one side! How many guys wash their hands with no paper towels, then go straight for the kitchen and touch Bagels,bread etc ..... UNSANITARY!!! There is one guy Billy, who is one of the most caring guys ever and he's the only reason I'll leave 2 stars! Thank you Billy for caring!
This place is helping me so much with coming out of my shell and the staff here is wonderful and I met some amazing people in my recovery process
This place is the best rehab in the USA im from RI and moved to Georgia and the rehabs out here are like jail. Jail beds paper suit they always mess up Meds forget about the food it’s jail food. I am so grateful to say I went to zinnia I went back when it was phoenix house ! I miss RI
