I went there to try on my first wedding dresses, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Zinnia was extremely rude. She made inappropriate comments and said things about my culture and my budget that were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. From the very first appointment, Laleh and her team were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process and really listened to what I wanted.
