Bringing our bikes into Zinn for preventative maintenance ended up costing an additional $600 to correct faulty work. We had two mountain bikes receive basic suspension servicing (shock and fork) from Zinn this summer. Both bikes came in with working components with no issues present - this was purely preventative maintenance. Zinn Cycles is the best of the best! We had Zinn build semi-custom, gravel, e bikes based on their Tui frame. My husband and I are at both ends of the size range. Lennard Zinn is renowned for fitting large men. He is also an expert at fitting very small people, like me. Nick and Lennard were great at helping us chose the components. Service department made a super quick and effective turnaround on a disc brake rotor true work order that I needed in a pinch. They recommended additional service without pushing or upselling me, so I agreed and my freshly greased hubs have made a noticeable improvement to the ride quality. Cheers, y'all!
