Been using the same Paralyzer XR-2 since the late 90s. I also own several others he produces. Best calls I've personally ever owned. Fred himself has always hand tuned any reeds I requested over the phone with me on the other end. Customer service has always been excellent for any additional requests. Avians are also a great product we use in our spreads 👍🐾
Great people and a great product nothing else like it
I'm not able to get ahold of Zink, they will not return a phone call. I do not use Facebook, I opened a Facebook account to try and get ahold of them just this evening. I read the reviews and I'm having the same issue as others who are not being contacted back by the company.
Today after leaving two emails on the website I called Zink customer service. The gentlemen who answered the phone was not helpful and seemed to be very unhappy in his job. I purchased a $ 150.00 Paralyzer SR 1 goose call, which has a crack on the insert allowing the guts to fall out. Today after once being hung up on and calling back I’ve been told to throw the call away. No replacement parts available. Wow, gonna be pretty difficult decision to buy any Zink product in the future after this.
Acrylic NOS is still turning flocks around here in December in Wisconsin. No call can bring every honker to the foot bags, but my Zink call is my favorite when the birds get educated. I never quit on em when they get far away just moan and moan till they turn back. My polycarbonate COD does have a cracked barrel, but the acrylic one is much tougher imo.
I had an issue and no one bothered to get back to me. Sold the call and got another brand.
I don't support businesses that employ racists who proudly show their bigoted views while promoting the business they work for. As long as Tyler Breen, Zink's employee, is spreading his bigoted views my money will be spent elsewhere.
Am having this same issue with my nightmare on stage goose call. I got through customer service. They asked for a reciept....i didn't keep a reciept for something that dosent have any moving parts....the worst I thought it would ever need is tuned. My response from zink was they don't have that part in their warehouse. Don't they make the calls? I wasn't looking for a handout. I just want the barrel replaced. I don't want to spend 150 bucks on a new call when this one is less than a year old. Needless to say I won't be buyin... read more
Best actual turkey hunting calls on the market. Everyone else likes marketing calls that perform in competitions...I like calls that perform in the woods on real turkeys. Zink has that figured out.
