This company quoted me ~$16k for a job that a well-established local nursery, in business since 1974, quoted ~$9k for. That’s nearly double for the exact same materials, labor, and work. The only difference? This company tried to pad their profits by more than half, hoping I wouldn’t notice. The job wasn’t anything special—basic, boring, straightforward work. I had a totally overgrown city corner lot. Joe and his team cleared the lot of a rusty broken chain link fence, vines, bushes, weeds, and poison ivy quickly and efficiently. The lot was then graded, making it a perfect blank slate to install the hardscape. Joe was masterful at taking my abstract ideas and turning them into a work of art. I had Zingrone Landscaping do some front yard work for me in May. I had numerous spots in the yard where I had either no grass or dead grass. In addition, I had areas where stones were popping up, overtaking the grass. Looking at it now, you can't tell I had any issues. Joe even made sure that the areas got hosed down when I was out of town. Zingrone also did work for me last September. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done.
