Started with the company's founder over a decade ago and used to have excellent customer service! Alex and Trudy were fast, smart, and SOOOO helpful. Sadly since it has sold and merged they no longer are able to answer questions or help. As a multi clinic site implementation is key. The customer service now has included consistent complaining of being overwhelmed, unable to answer questions, and frustrated that we even ask.
