Started with the company's founder over a decade ago and used to have excellent customer service! Alex and Trudy were fast, smart, and SOOOO helpful. Sadly since it has sold and merged they no longer are able to answer questions or help. As a multi clinic site implementation is key. The customer service now has included consistent complaining of being overwhelmed, unable to answer questions, and frustrated that we even ask. We had used ZingIt for over 5 years with great results but their management decided to change platform with only 7 days notice. This change took away features that were beneficial to our office and when we asked why the only response was the new platform doesn’t allow that and you have to change to the new process in the platform. Data and communication chains were lost creating frustration with patients and staff.
