a project that was supposed to take two weeks, took 5 months, and still not finished. the contractor, doesn't bother showing up to the job site, instead, has his brother, who is not a contractor, take care of things. a slab that was supposed to be 4", was poured with 6" because he didn't want to bring the extra fill and compact it. So, now he wants to charge me for it. I'm taking him to court
