Love this chair! It's very lightweight. Just spent a day at Disney. It was wonderful. Fast fold and unfold for the sky rides. Looking forward to flying with it.
My 91 yr old mother bought this portable, lightweight chair and used it for ONE outing. Other than that, she rode it up and down her hallway a couple times a week and maintained the battery per the instruction. Two weeks after the warranty expired it quit working. There is NO customer service after googling Zinger and many phone calls, I found my own repair place.
