I bought a policy from Braun 30+ years ago. The deal I was led to believe was pay the premiums for 25 years and then the policy will pay for itself for life. WRONG! At age 65 the premiums more than tripled! I was sold "Universal Life" as opposed to "Whole Life" without the difference being made clear. I worked with Joe to evaluate my existing policies (through another agency) and compare it to other options available through his agency. I asked for a comparison of my current coverages for auto, home and umbrella. He took the time to understand my situation, my concerns and answer my questions. Zingen & Braun has an amazing staff. Everyone is willing to help out where needed. My customer service rep is Val. She will go above and beyond to make sure she finds you the best deal for your situation. I have been helped by other staff members Kelly and Kristie. They both were polite and helpful. I would recommend this agency if you are looking for either personal or business insurance.
