Our experience with Zinga’s was perfection! From Shane, or consultant, who was so patient going over all of our options to Amber, who kept us up to date on our order progress, to Carl, our amazing installer…the whole process was easy and stress-free! Our zebra shades and our plantation shutters are absolutely beautiful! We are so happy! Thank you for everything!
Excellent customer experience from beginning to end. Garrett did a great job explaining options and pricing at the initial meeting, and Tracy was great with follow-up customer service. The product (automated blinds for my two sliders) are of excellent quality. I previously did a review for the two guys who did the install. They were prompt, professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and very clean in their follow up. I recommend Zinga’s without hesitation. In fact, they were referred to me by a neighbor!
Our blinds are amazing, we can now use our back patio in the afternoon because they eliminate 94% of the sun’s brightness and drops the temp by 10-12 degrees. The order and installation processes were simple and professional. The price, 40% less than their competitors.
Unacceptable, called them on hold forever. I terminated the call. They store your phone number and robo call you several times in a row and leave messages. I will never ever do business with a company like that. Stop calling and texting me.
