They will totally lie to you!! Do not ever purchase anything from Zing or ion solar. We were promised so much. $500 would be the cost if we moved or we could just leave the panels on our home and receive 20% more on the sale of our home. ALL lies!! We now have panels that we paid thousands of dollars for and they are not even being used because it will cost thousands of more dollars to be placed on our new home. Totally screwed us over and they do not care.
We're creeping up on closing out our first year with solar power from zing on our roof top. Purchasing and installation went very smoothly and the electrical bills all summer have been less than $10/mo. We'll be moving soon and one of the big selling points on zing is that said they'll move our panels to our new house for the flat rate charge of $500. Thats still something we need to reach them about though... Edit/update. Sounds like the $500 relocation fee that the sales rep swore up and down existed - might of just been a... read more

Liars. All liars. Everything the salesman told us was a lie. They promised that our power bill would be so minimal it would barely exist. They didn't estimate enough panels to cover our needs by a long shot so now we have both a significantly high power bill AND and a solar system payment of which equals MORE than our original power bill.
