I have gotten an auto loan about 18 months ago from Westlake financial. I never miss paying my bill and it just seemed like it was never going down so I went to Zing credit union on Mineral off of Broadway. Ms. Yaumelis Gonzalez helped me and she did a tip notch job . Id give her 100 stars if I could. She looked into my loan from. Westlake and I formed me I was paying on a 20% loan. My card was used fraudulently and I went to bank branch and spoke with Ben Hodgson. Ben helped me with disputing the charges and issued me a new card. Thank you to Ben for helping during this difficult situation.
