Do not bank here they charge hidden fees for every little thing. I personally don’t use this baking account, but I have recently ran into problems and will have to close the checking account here. I unfortunately have a CD here that I will be closing as soon as I can and moving it to my capital one banking account, who are a much better at their job. there are much better banks out here I would look above and beyond before I would stop in and bank here. The worst bank. I was a few days late on my loan payment (because the system cancelled my auto payment option). If you are late they lock you out of your app. This prevents you from paying the late bill. I received a call from a representative and they asked to call back. He did not leave any direct numbers, just call the main number. The main number places you in a queue but offers a call back when your next in line. Guess what? They never call back. I recently contacted my bank to inquire about a series of charges labeled "Excessive PIN Fees"—$3 fees applied to every PIN-based transaction after the first 10 in a billing cycle. I was unaware of this policy and called for clarification and resolution.
