Killed the grass and didn't fix it
Terrible experience
Had a gas leak and Jemena engaged zplanner. The job was not neat, not sure if they even fixed the gas leak properly. They also sprayed the tar after finishing and did not restore the original concrete finish, they just threw the remaining tar on council strip grass damaging it
I wish there was a minus 10 rating.. that still won't be enough...i don't understand how these agents are given contracts for gas system etc.
No means of contact, sent email no reply. Inconvenient appointment offered finally and another few days taken to reschedule.
