Absolutely useless, Zinfra sent Khaled to install a smart hot water meter and for 5 days there is no running hot water they sent out 2 different guys who both said it’s not their problem so ended up paying a plumber who said the genius Khaled from Zinfra had installed a one way pipe fitting in the wrong direction so was blocking the water flow. How can someone be a qualified plumber and not know this?
they were surposed to come at a certain time.never showed up. called them up telling them theirs no one here yet after a 1.5 hrs. i got told that apparently i have to msg them or call them on the day of the booking even though i got told to wait and they will come.i asked to talked to someone else cause i couldnt understand her and got hung up on. how is this company still running
