Please avoid this place. The A/C is terrible. I have to close all the vents except for one room just to get a tiny amount of air. I was sweating inside the apartment, but every time the technician came, he insisted that the A/C was working properly and refused to acknowledge the problem. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend this place. i hope i can give them zero star
I’d like to say thank you to the property manager, Courtney, and the property management company, CTL Management, for making a favorable decision on my application despite the fact that: 1. The prescheduled apartment tour was never provided or offered by the local leasing office 2. Staff was incredibly hostile and dismissive 3. The property manager, Courtney, couldn’t even be bothered to introduce herself to me by name or title 4. Thus place is awesome!
Lived here for three years from 2023-2026 and it was a decent place to live with a few exceptions… the units are equipped with single pane windows and the worse part of all this is that they will steal all of your direct deposit when you move out. The reason I am writing this review. From a $500 deposit, they refunded me only $40. They’re looking for any reason to keep your money. Negative/5 Stars I usually never write negative review but I have a moral obligation to warn everyone!! Absolutely the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Management is rude, unprofessional, and nearly impossible to reach. They constantly changed management companies, and every time I had a question, I was told to contact CTL Management regarding my move-out details and security deposit.
