Tim Lewis will not honor warranty repairs. Workmanship is horrible. Tim Lewis can not be trusted and will ignore and go back on his written agreements, leaving homeowners to do their own repairs at their own costs. When sightseeing, just ask any homeowner. I've purchased many new homes over the years and been in the real estate business for over 25 years, and Tim Lewis is by far the worst.
Terrible with bulls chasing people in the neighborhood.
