Total rip-off. The car wash machine timing sensors are completely broken. I drove in and stopped exactly when the computer told me to stop. After applying the soap, the machine completely glitched out. The screen turned green, and the computer started shouting at me nonstop to move forward and have a nice day. I even waited a few seconds to see if it would rinse, but nothing changed, and the computer just kept telling me to leave. The Most Horrible Car Wash Experience ever!! This morning, I bought the most expensive car wash they had, the $14 EXTREME CLEAN only to be stuck inside their car wash which was not doing anything. I followed all instructions, but when the gas station attendant, an elderly man with a grey beard finally came, he blamed it on me! I won't risk my car here. The machine gets stuck in the car and when you ask for help, the managers yell at you and want to blame you for the failure of the machine. Luckily I didn't break my car but I won't try it again. luck.
