Worst purchase ever, Sent dirty used boat zincs missing parts. Will not respond to email or phone calls . SCAMMERS
I will not use this place again. Communication was almost non-existent – emails and calls went unanswered, I was able to get an answer thru the message tab on there site. They said my order was delayed weeks due to one mag being backorder. They said everything is now in stock and they would ship AIR that day. 5 days later and still have not received them. I had to purchase them locally to finish up this boat project.
Do Not Buy Here – Terrible Experience I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Communication was almost non-existent – emails and calls went unanswered, and delivery was delayed for weeks. When I asked to cancel, I was charged $62 for shipping for a shipment that I never got and was returned to the store, which was never made clear upfront. The entire process felt unreliable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store
