Highly recommend using Ali for your home inspections. He conducted several inspections for us in a short amount of time - always accommodating and timely, and provided comprehensive and well-detailed reports. He's extremely knowledgeable, approachable and patient, and takes the time to answer all of your questions both in person and by email post-inspection. We really appreciate his pragmatism - he gives practical, "here's what I would do" advice that we trust, and some great tips for cost saving. 10/10.
