My experience with Zinati Kay Law Firm was extremely disappointing due to repeated inaction and mismanagement of my file—particularly regarding an extension request mishandled by Mr. Leroy Law. On April 3, 2025, my file was allowed to fall into default without my knowledge or consent. Avoid -- I would recommend going elsewhere. It was a very disorganized process with many different people involved. Multiple lawyers and clerks were in the process, and their internal communication was poor. And our main legal clerk (Crystal) was rude/condescending and refused to answer questions about Writs on the house we were purchasing, creating more stress/frustration on the day of closing. I had entered into a new condo purchase and was hesitant and uncomfortable with the transaction, mostly due to my interactions with my agent and the builder which felt shady in some ways and being pressurized into signing on a contract.
