I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zinati Kay during my real estate closing. My experience with Zinati Kay Law Firm was extremely disappointing due to repeated inaction and mismanagement of my file—particularly regarding an extension request mishandled by Mr. Leroy Law. On April 3, 2025, my file was allowed to fall into default without my knowledge or consent. There was a clear failure to communicate with Mattamy Homes, and continued delays nearly caused a second default on April 7, 2025. Avoid -- I would recommend going elsewhere. It was a very disorganized process with many different people involved. Multiple lawyers and clerks were in the process, and their internal communication was poor. And our main legal clerk (Crystal) was rude/condescending and refused to answer questions about Writs on the house we were purchasing, creating more stress/frustration on the day of closing.
