I spoke with a nail tech about receiving a polish change on my toes and Acrylic fill in on my big toes, along with a soak off and fresh full set on my hands. While receiving the foot service I asked the tech was his tools clean, he stated yes but I saw him pull the nippers and clippers out of a basket that was covered in dust and nail polish.
