I was looking for an extremely specific truck, and found it at Zimmeys 200 miles from me, at a fair price. Unforetunately the dealer had already taken a deposit for the specific truck I was interested in, but still took the time to discuss all the details with with me. I sent an email asking for more pictures of the vehicle, and 2 days later all I got back was “look at the website”. Horrible customer service.

Hello Jake when you emailed i told you i would get you pictures soon as possible. It was raining and the truck was in the clean up shop. As soon as the truck was cleaned and it was not raining i took the pictures 22 of the truckand told you i posted the pictures on my website for you and everyone else could see them. Sorry for the terrible customer service.
Dealer was rude, offered no real information. Manager had no idea of the conditions of vehicle. The Subwoofer was broken, vehicle had serious engine issues, as well as obvious abuse and corrrosion in the undercarriage. Additionally, I wanted to test the stereo, but, after dealing with everything in the undercarriage, I forgot to retrieve my CD, part of a limited edition 5-CD Jethto Tull numbered set.
