We have used Zimmerman’s to replace our lawn and flower beds. Robert and his staff did a great job installing the new lawn. He brought in a new layer of topsoil and after a rain it settled so he brought in more. The lawn looks great. They planted a palm tree and several bushes in the flower bed. Robert was always in communication with us and when we had an issue with some irrigation problems he took care of it for us. We were very happy with the work!
So far has not been a good experience. Communication and getting false promises has been very bad. I'm waiting to see what happens today to give update on review with photos. After giving Robert plenty of time to make things right I had to file a dispute with my credit card. After reviewing the documents and proof they reimburse me my payment. His two workers called me to offer to remove the stuff for $200 because they said Robert never paid them for any work that they did. They damaged my lawn and my driveway. After the cre... read more
